    After clarifying medical information and purpose for Breathwork, clients start breathing while lying down or supported sitting up, with guidance, for a set period of time.

    Using a simple unique breathing technique that’s easy to maintain, individuals are taken into their subconscious where old programs can be modified.

    Individuals are still conscious through the whole process.

    If meditation or visualization is difficult, breathwork is a relaxed, effective way to slip into liminal states.
